A magnificent view to the open sea, the pool, the bay of Poplat and the islands of Proizd and Hvar spreads from the terrace of the apartment. The access to this apartment is by a cobbled stone stairs which leads to the main entrance.
„Viwe Lux“- (2+2+1) consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds.
The apartment has 100 m2 and 3 balconies for sunbathing and relaxing.
The master bedroom has a separate bathrom with electronic shower.
The apartment also has a television, a home theatre, a satellite dish, an air-conditioner and a fireplace made of mahogany and stone over 350 years old.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, plates, cutlery, glasses, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric-gas cooker with oven, an iron, a microwave and a dishwasher.
The main bathroom is equipped with a large and spacious shower for two and bidet.
Shared with the users of the other apartments, you have at your disposal:
- an outdoor shower, with solar-heated water
- a sports field for badminton, basketball, petanque and various activities
- a parking place for your four-wheeled friend
- bed sheets are changed once a week, and upon request
- a washing machine (shared)

Luxuriously furnished with a lot of additional equipment such as special windows that block UV rays.
It was conceived and built by the owner, Mile Brkanović and his family.
