Apartment 3 - FANTASY

A magnificent view to the open sea, the bay of Poplat and the island of Proizd also spreads from the terrace of the Fantasy apartment. The access to this apartment is by a cobbled stone path which leads to the terrace with the size of 40 m2.
Whilst a gorgeous view to the sea spreads from the first part of the terrace, in the other part you will find a wooden dinning table for 8 people. The size of the second part of the terrace is 40 m2.
There is a large stone barbecue, built in traditional Dalmatian style, in the bottom of the terrace. It is equipped with electric lighting and the equipments for preparing a barbecue and a technique "under the bell". If you are planning to cook a meal for a larger number of people, you have also at your disposal here an electric-gas cooker, a sink and a dishwasher. The barbecue is decorated with traditional Dalmatian artefacts, and there is a table for 4 people just next to the barbecue.

A hammock, a hammock chair and a chaise longue are at your disposal, for relaxation, reading books or daily newspapers.

In front of the terrace there is a garden with a natural shade from the ancient pines. In the centre of the garden, amidst the beautiful Mediterranean flowers, you will find a wooden garden table and chairs, ideal for taking a first morning coffee or admiring the colours of the sunset.
There is an additional space behind the apartment for drying clothes and other use.

"Fantasy" - Description of the interior (4+1).
The apartment has 70 m2.

It consists of 2 bedroom.
Room 1 - Gold: double bed, size: 2.00 x 2.00
Room 2 -White: two single beds, the size of each one is 1.40 x 2.00.

The living room has a convertible couch that can be used as an additional bed for one person, size: 1.80 x 2.00 meters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, plates, cutlery, glasses and it has a toaster, a coffee cooker, an electric-gas cooker with oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and an iron. The apartment also has a television, a satellite dish, an air-conditioner and an iron.
The bathroom has a bath tub with shower and an additional hair dryer.

Shared with the users of the other apartments, you have at your disposal:
  - an outdoor shower, with solar-heated water
  - a sports field for badminton, volleyball and various activities
  - additional rooms for storing luggage and your other possessions
  - bed sheet is changed once a week, and upon request
  - a washing machine

  - a parking place for every apartment
Apartment 3, "Fantasy"
The apartment was built in 2003. It was conceived and built by the owner of the StoneHouse.
The walls are decorated with the original paintings by the owner M. Brkanovic and Vilma Cetinic. The apartment also has a wooden sculpture of a nude woman, a work of the owner D. Brkanovic.
